The Netherlands (FIFA rank: #13) have a game in hand and could reclaim a coveted qualification spot should they carry on an impressive run that has seen them score 3.5 goals on average per match this European Championship qualification (ECQ) campaign. Notably, the Netherlands bagged six goals in their only home encounter versus Northern Ireland earlier this decade.

Prior to a 3-2 defeat to Germany in their last home game, the Netherlands had been nothing short of rampant on Dutch soil. Before that loss, the hosts had won all six competitive home games since the start of 2017, opening the scoring and winning at both HT/FT in all six of those victories.
